When you have successfully completed all courses in this level, you will gain status as a Celebrity “1 Star Agent”. At completion, you will receive a certificate recognizing these accomplishments.

After completing Level 1, you will have added knowledge in selling cruises as well as a well-rounded background on Celebrity Cruises. You will receive a Celebrity “1 Star Agent” certificate to display in recognition of accomplishments.
In this section, you will learn all about Celebrity’s stateroom accommodations, dining venues and options, our spa and wellness programs, onboard life and Celebrity’s white glove service.
To gain credentials as a “2 Star” Agent, you will need to complete all courses and score of 80% or better on quizzes within this level. After completing this level, you will have gained incredible insight into the accommodations and onboard life that your guests will experience while on a Celebrity Cruise. You will receive a Celebrity “2 Star Agent” certificate to display in recognition of your accomplishments.
At this point, you have a high level understanding of Celebrity Cruises, with in-depth knowledge regarding Celebrity’s accommodations and onboard amenities. In this level, you will learn about Celebrity’s many itineraries. You will also learn about some of the incredible sights to be seen in a number of the ports we visit. As your customer’s primary resource for destination information, this section will provide you with details that will assist you and your customer in making the right cruising choices.
When you complete this module and its quizzes with a score of 80% or above, you will receive a certificate of recognition as a “Celebrity 3 Star” Agent.

After completing this module, you will have insight into the many Cruisetour adventures that Celebrity has to offer, how these add-ons can make take the worry out of vacation planning and enhance a vacation’s value. After successfully completing this section’s courses and quizzes with a score of 80% or above, you will receive a Celebrity “4 Star” Agent Certificate in recognition of your accomplishments.
